The Personal Assistant will regularly monitor and ensure that the Office of the CEO commitments are managed. QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Administration
• Secretarial Diploma and or Office Management would be advantageous

DUTIES
• Coordinate, manage, arrange and advise on relevant networking opportunities as well as events such as golf days etc
• Monitor and manage the CEO’s social media
• Monitor and manage GLESH Group’s social media profile, posts and enquiries
• Coordinate and ensure bookings of the CEO’s travel commitments
• Coordinate and arrange accommodation in respect to the CEO’s travel commitments where necessary

• Execute miscellaneous tasks such provision of refreshments for the Office and meetings

OVERVIEW
This individual is responsible for providing accurate and timely legal advice and practical application of laws, rules, codes and standards to GLESH Group on a variety of legal topics including but not limited to contracts law, construction law, mining law, labour law, finance, litigation, etc. Responsibilities include researching and evaluating different risk factors and offering proactive advice on possible legal issues. The Legal Advisor will maintain current knowledge of laws and provide clarification on legal language and advise GLESH Group. The Legal Advisor will regularly monitor and ensure GLESH Group’s compliance with local laws in the context of all its business endeavours, operations and projects. The Legal Advisor is an employee of GLESH Group who reports to the Group Executive for Shared Services.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor of Laws and/or BCom Law
• Admitted Attorney
